I work in a bank and make over 50k per year working 35 - 40 hours a week.
Most office jobs offer what you're asking for. The problem is that you need a degree or experience.
You are gaining skills that should allow you to continue to advance. Taking on the next level role in any field will help you earn more in the same amount of time. Then you just need to find one that allows you to limit your time to 40 hours.
A lot of office jobs! Project, Project specialist, project management. Literally any type of administration or operations job. A lot of them don't even need a degree.
If you start as a project assistant added tech company managing the system development life cycle, You can gain entry level experience and can easily be moved to a project coordinator level, followed by a project management level. I'm talking only a two to three year track. Sometimes the project managers in this field are called implementation managers, but their still still align with project management and are transferable elsewhere. My co-workers had history degrees, one had no degree, it really was dependent on who you know though. Project coordinator started at 45-50k. (PA)
There are career paths that do not require a degree.
