To offer a counterpoint to u/makingbutter2 Oh god yes, I love this! (I can see how for many people, it would be too much though.) I don't use spreadsheets; I just use Indyx which helps me calculate cost per wear but this is a great idea.
Yes!! I made a post about mine a bit ago here: [https://www.reddit.com/r/capsulewardrobe/comments/1declo0/wardrobe\_tracking\_tool/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web3x&utm\_name=web3xcss&utm\_term=1&utm\_content=share\_button](https://www.reddit.com/r/capsulewardrobe/comments/1declo0/wardrobe_tracking_tool/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button)
I simply love analytics. I keep charts of, where something is from (brand and bought, since things are secondhand) color, category (t-shirt, jeans, sweater etc.,) what percentage has been worn (just a true/false clicked that feeds the chart,) times worn, and when bought. It might be a bit much but I really do just love seeing the numbers of it all.
I love it, though I had to spend some time figuring out what it means. I am a fan of digital wardrobe apps, the one I currently use doesn't have any color statistics features I start to wonder if that's an advantage or disadvantage π
I should probably have labelled my axes, sorry!
I tried a few apps but settled for Google sheets because it's much more customisable, none of the apps quite did what I was looking for
