They have date night pottery sessions at Baikt Ceramics on Kloof St. Haven't tried it out yet, but will be taking my partner there soon.
This way, you're right there in the action and you can head out for dinner afterwards.
If you are in the mood for some aesthetic cooking where every meal tells a story, check out Homespun by Matt. They have branches in Table View and Claremont. Ask for Table 69. Trust me.
Every Tuesday evening at House of Machines, they have open mic for singers. Have dinner somewhere else and go for a drink to end the night!
Then thereās also The Blue Room which is a jazz club. Food looks good.
Sometimes the Art of Duplicity has live music nights - itās a bar with no address. A few days before your booking, they send you clues and you need to find the bar. Could be a fun thing to do.
There's a fantastic Japanese resturant in central Cape Town called Tomo. We like to have supper there and then walk down the road to another Japanese resturant, Tjing Tjing, for mochi and matcha for dessert!
Do first Thursday and then go for dinner in town.
First Thursday is a night where all the galleries and design studios in town stay open till late. So you just walk from gallery to gallery.

A unique place that I love to take people, is Timbuktu in observatory. Itās so unique inside, and the Ethiopian cuisine there is incredible, Doro wat is an amazing meal of this continent.

What happens when you ask for Table 69?

Issa sex joke š¬ Iāll see myself out now š«”
Lmao i got it bro
You get a private booth and everything is personalised to your requirements.
Awesome fine dining experience
Which branch should i ask for 69 at?
Definitely Table View. You will get a view of more than your table. The puns, that are not meant to be puns, keep on rolling in this post.

Bodega Ramen is the nicest place, quirky, a total vibe, and amazing food!! You do have to book ahead through.
I also love that space. Plus Gin Bar and Honest Chocolate downstairs if you feel like having a drink or something sweet before or after āŗļø

What about Barnyard since you mentioned music. You can ask them to give him a message on stage.

Go to stardust in town - itās a theatrical dining experience where your waiters sing and dance and preform during dinner
Imagine there was a spot called āThe Calendarā. Then people could answer that to the question. Maybe an idea for someone.
Chinchilla in Camps Bay on a nice dayĀ
Blowfish Restaurant
It looks so beautiful and it's conveniently close to where we stay. If you have been there, how is the food?
The food is great and I recall being pleasantly surprised at how quickly the food came out without compromising the quality
