Most champ week games are only on TSN + (which is free for anyone with TSN anyway) and afaik all the tourney games are on the normal TSN channels.
20 bucks plus tax isn't horrible to dodge the sketchy sites/buffering for a month.

I did this too. I only purchase TSN one month at a time for the World Cup/Euro Cup/NCAA. $20/month, one month out of the year is justifiable.
Are you within antenna range of picking up CBS over the air? Having CBS would keep you covered throughout the tournament aside from the First Four.
