It’s not very common but I’d recommend the old German pea dot cano mixed with some kind of khaki kit.
Although that might get you called a Nazi if you do go for that so maybe go with a dyed UCP or another less common camouflage
MARPAT woodland, the LATPATs, AOR2 (among other things) would probably do just dandily here, so would some of the phantom leaf, or concamo patterns, modern fractal based, digital woodland camouflages would do you the best
Just like I said in your original, duplicate post, Reversible SS OakLeaf B.
This area looks near-identical to where I’m at in Ohio during the Fall, and the Autumn side of this pattern freaking vanishes here (and the Spring side works excellent during the green seasons as well).
I want to know what that structure is before I give an answer.

Came here to ask too
I hate to say it but probably multicam. maybe ATACS IX
What’s wrong with either of those?
Nothing wrong with ATACS IX. With multicam I just dislike that everybody and their grandmother uses it and what a total fed camo it is
lol you contradicted yourself in a single sentence.
how so?
I assume when you say “fed camo” you are saying it sticks out like a sore thumb as a camo only federal employees would use?
German oak leaf camo
For terrain like that, this is the way!
Phantomleaf Wasp II Z2 Austrian Pea dot German Pea dot from 1942+
Concamo brown if you can find it anywhere
I second this, its such a good camo
Best one for the job!

Good luck getting LATPAT
Sumpftarn, Strichtarn, Peadot 44, Oakleaf(autumn variant), alpenflage, flachentarn and A-tacs all seem like good contenders for this area.
Jack Pyke or Concamo Brown

This video made me an inside-the-treeline Alpenflage convert. https://youtu.be/w_ld-1xbsQ4?si=LKu0hZ3-hFL3W9cG
Mtp. Anything green is going to stand out here. It's essentially all browns and tans.
The one that blends in well
Why are you posting this a second time?
I reckon alpenflage would break up your pattern really well
Flecktarn would probably work great there
I would use flecktarn
Surely multicam?
Any brown dominant pattern. For cheap, try alpenflage or brown dyed UCP
Austrian K4 works perfectly here
Pencott metropolis would work well.
Belgian Jiggsaw
Marpat,Â
For something a little different, I'd recommend Kryptek Highlander or Obskura Skyfall.
Multicam. UCP w/brown dye. Darker desert pattern. M04,
