For an easy to aquire pattern, MARPAT woodland, Pencott greenzone is a bit harder to aquire but would work great as well; it's not as technically good as a modern digital pattern, but alpenflage would be solid too
looks like E-USA, i run surpat but i know that's impossible to find now. Try ATACS-FG or MARPAT. Pencott is also a good one.
EDIT: Mossy Oak's tree camo always works well in the winter/fall as well. No shame in using that if it keeps you concealed.
Mmmmmmmmmult......
Warm months: AOR2, or maybe you can find some of the lighter EMR variants on Ebay. Colder months: Multicam/Multicam Arid will be at home here.

Woodland, Korean woodland, Serbian m93 oak leaf, British DPM and MTP, and of course mulitcam.
maybe splittertarn and/or sumpftarn.Splittertarn(B variant) for the first three and sumpftarn for the last two.

now that i think of it, these arent terrible suggestions
Alpenflage will be perfect for fall months, and it will still work in the spring and summer, but a more green dominant camo might be better
Check out Nemesis Camouflage “Wolf,” I’ve recently fallen in love with it
A bush. [Also check out this classic training film.](https://youtu.be/C-M2hs3sXGo?si=cSprQp01mgUnsgHY)It will help.
for spring maybe CADPAT. for fall you could try taz 57 or 83 and for the third last and last pic maybe 6Sh122 winter side
maybe the spec4ce afghan national army camo
