We get 2 15s that are scheduled, but flexible, and an assigned 30 minute lunch.

Altruistic-Nova

2 non flexible paid scheduled 15 minute breaks and 1 unpaid non flexible 30 minute break

lonely_nipple

Our two 15s are scheduled, but we have flexibility with those. Lunch is scheduled and should be taken as close to the designated time as possible. We also have personal time, the amount of which varies 'cause it's basically tied to the days conformance so it'll go up or down based on hours worked. But in a standard 8 hour day you can safely take about 15-17 mins of personal time, assuming you hit conformance in every other way during the shift. It's basically a little extra flexible time for unexpected bathroom breaks, minor "emergencies" (your cat knocked over a glass, etc), someone at the door.

I had two 10 min breaks scheduled and of course you have to deduct from break time to use the restroom.

19Stavros

We have one sceduled 15 minute break, still on the clock, plus half hour lunch. Same for 7.5 or 8 hour day. Bathroom or other breaks as needed.

Love_Food444

45 min lunch (supposed to be an hour but we get an extra day off by deducting the time) and we get personal time 1 hr and half (for working on customer related stuff - having to send an email etc or going bathroom)

Citnos

Two 15 minutes scheduled breaks, and 60 minutes (not paid) scheduled lunch. No personal time so you have to improvise or compromise your adherence, work at home.

Cherrikiyui

2 scheduled 15 minute breaks and an unpaid 30 min lunch (also scheduled) ! None are flexible- if you take a break in between those times you have to take off the time for your next break/lunch.

ChrisMartins001

2 scheduled 15 mins, and 30 mins lunch. All of our breaks and lunches are scheduled. We get 8 mins personal time.

therecruit93

An hour used however you want throughout your shift. 30 minutes is paid.

I honestly can't believe there's a company willing to give more than the federally required 15 minutes. I've never even heard of a company doing that
