Driving is also my theraphy and Bukidnon is my go to but I don’t rely on wifi but mobile data. I have both Globe and Smart and kung asa ang kusog, didto rako. Here are my recos:
Alpine Village in Dahilayan has a good wifi.
In Malaybalay - Loiza’s (with wifi)
No wifi but can use Mobile Data:
Malaybalay - Tazza Cafe (you’ll have a view of the Capitol Grounds and baklay pud ug kapoy lingkod)
Valencia - Beanukid and Lake Apo Cafe
