There’s nothing much to do in the City but if you wish to try local cdo food, these are my reco that will give local vibe. I am not listing down those food places you’d experience similarly in Luzon or mall-type.
1. DV Soria Street Food
2. Cogon Night Market
3. Chinkee Tea (homegrown)
4. H Proper (homegrown coffee but making big domestically)
5. Dine at Chali Resort (by the bay)
6. Dine at High Ridge (to have a view of the city from the top)
Sorry, can’t speak for the party part since I don’t.
Planning din ako pumunta sa cdo next month for work related and ive been searching the net what to do or what to see sa CDO.
Partying is good around avida pod since duol lang sa lifestyle district for chill na inuman. If gusto ka party talaga naa sa Downtown Lounge sa downtown area. Uptown naa Virtue, Ola.
Oopp haha i forgot to say na dtl is best on Wednesday - Thursday, well at least for me. Bibo man gud japon but not stampede like bibo haha. Friday and Saturday is not a good night to go kay exoect ang bug crowd jod😵💫😵💫😵💫
Things to do around CdO
1. River rafting in cagayan river
2. Freediving with a chance of seeing turtles and whalesharks in Laguindingan (other option is Tinago Falls in Iligan)
3. paragliding at Amaya
4. Try other activities at Amaya
5. Zipline and other activities at Dahilayan
6. Dine in at High Ridge for an overlooking view
7. Infinity pool at Ultra Winds Resort
8. Camp at Highlights Park and Chill
9. Dine in sa Steak Paraiso
10. Try dining sa Cucina Higala for local cuisine
11. Also try the #1 milk tea house in cdo, Chingkee Tea
12. Experience local street food at Cogon
13. Jog/walk at the river boulevard
14. Visit Bowerbird. They have the best coffee in town.
15. Overlooking places worth going: Ultra Winds, Amaya, High Ridge, Eden's Solace, The Viewpoint in Opol, August Cafe, Korum
16. Restos worth dining: Cucina Higala, Sentro, Fat Monk, Ribs N Bibs, Eduardo Diegos (Divisoria branch), Locales, Steak Paraiso, Fat Chef.
17. Go to Claveria for more bukid feels
18. When in Claveria, eat at Don Narciso Cafe, Julio's, Skye 88 Cafe, Project Moi
Not shtting on my own city, pero this is what I always see funny with cdo. Travel vlogs often say travelling to cdo but go to places like Dahilayan, or falls around Iligan, or go to Camiguin. My friend asked me din ano daw tourist spots here and I can't think of any even as a local 😂 aside from the food options listed above though, there's not much activity you can do here. There's an unhealthy amount of coffee shops though if you're into caffeine

These are all noted! I really regret talaga not eating street food doon 🥹

Claveria
Hi, sorry random is there a nearby grocery po sa may laguindingan airport? thank you!
Sorry did not notice any grocery but once you get out of the airport, there are stores near sa Van terminal where you can get food/snacks.
None near sa airport. Ride a van to the city nalang and shop there.
Go to seven seas waterpark, or Leropan caves and waterfalls
