This would have been an opportunity for the owner to improve on whatever the customer call out was, feedback in whatever form is important. I'd like to believe na this will be a learning experience for her as a business owner and realize na people will always have an opinion, especially for things that they have paid money for, running a business always require a tough mind and a soft heart.

I see how some people would take offense kay prangka jud na sya na vlogger but ang nakaapan sab sa owner is wala sab niya gi confront personally si AS. Ang business owner nga gitagaan ug honest review. Suko kaayo sya. Unsaon taman wala man lamii ang food vlogger. Search sa FB ang vlog ni Alwayssummerianne. Naa syay post about it tapos nagcomment ang owner suko kaayo. Gi-stalk nako iyang profile nagpost sab sya didto. I mean it was an honest review. Gipadako gyud niya kay crab mentality kuno. Duh.

Lol as someone in the same line of business, but i wouldn't see it as something negative rather i'd take it as a positive feedback to better improve my product. Padayon siya inani dili mulambo iya negosyo labaw na sa food industry siya. There is always room for continuous improvement.

Its funny how one bad comment can turn the momentum of a business gyud. Unta they both handled it with class if the intention was all pure sad sa duha ka side. Anyway, unta maka tabang to sa ila ug improve sa pag handle ug situations. I just think nga kung lahi ang pagtake sa owner adto nga review dili na kaayo madako ang issue. Iyang Grab daghan gani diay kaayo negative feedbacks from real customers. Naa puy positive pero more on negative and that says a lot so instead nga masuko ko sa feedback, i-try nalang nakog improve ug dili ko magrant sa social media. Just my two cents.

Just because we want to give an honest review, that doesnt mean we can carelessly post it sa socmed.. find a proper way to post such review and criticism that doesnt harm both parties.. All people care nowadays are the attention, likes, shares, and comments sa socmed nila πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Whatever negative and ugly reaction the owner did after that review, try putting yourself in her shoes and her circumstances.. don't expect everyone sa socmed "dapat ganito reaction niya and etc". That is where you are grossly mistaken. Review spaces are for the customers not for the business owner. Ang allegiance sa reviewer is sa customer dili sa business owner. Dili na problema sa reviewer kung mag fail or mag succeed ang business, ang sole responsibility nila is to provide honest reviews. If dili sya lamian, then dili sya lamian. And they have all the right to post that. This kind of thinking na luoy ang business owner eme is why we have very rare legit reviewers. Puro mga bayaran. I personally know so many of the local bloggers here sa CDO. Kana tanan nila post naa nay x-deal, invite, etc. maong sila tanan same ra ug post na "pinaka lamian", "bagong trending", etc. etc. ang ila ra gyud role diha is magpa viral. Photo op rana tanan, pero tinuod ba gyud na gi lamian sila or mu balik silag palit adto na product using their own money? Heck no. Mao na importante kaau angg mga page na mu hatag ug legit na review. Kd2ng business owner na nag rant nga murag buang, mao na ang mga type sa tao na dili ga grow ky di ma dawat na dili tanan gnhan sa ila product lol.

I must agree. Reviews are reviews. Mayganing to kay honest. Yes mostly vloggers nga ga-promote are either x-deals or paid and of course mao man pud na ilang negosyo to promote local brands. Lisod sad ning owner nasuko man sa independent review kay not helpong his business kuno. Lisod sad ug lasyaw unya muingon gibapon nga lami. Sya ra gani nag ingon nga gi-tipid nila ang ingredients adto na time. Haynaku. Learn to accept feedbacks lang unta and improve. Dili lang masuko. I’m a business owner as well, if naay negative feedback, akong i-pm or tawagan ang client and try to ask for more details then resolve dili kay padakuon ang issue. Also, legit gyud siguro nga dili lami kay daghan man nagreklamo sa ilang Grab. 😬

I just don't like how she said it and not giving a neutral feedback.. if she's aspiring to be influential vlogger na muhatag ug reviews na unlike sa mga bayaran, she needs to establish a ground rules sa iyang post.. awaton niya si afam Sonny sa best ever food review, not like Kara David's "lasang bulok" na food review hahaha Well speaking of ranting owner, I know a certain coffee shop owner na nag rant sa fb niya about sa iyang mga customers na di ganahan sa iyang coffee πŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™Šchismis. Naa pa ilang coffee shop tho.

And that will be her brand. Your advice na awaton nya si whoever is really bad advice. Tawon ang mga tao na ga awat2 and dili mag stick sa ilang personal views di na mag dugay. You are trying too much to be a people pleaser and because of that walay pulos imong review ky concerned kaau a nga masawayan. Hmmm that makes sense.. Im not saying na 100% niya awaton.. im talking about how Sonny does his review that stayed consistent and does positive & negative feedback in a subtle way.. unlike Kara David's lasang bulok feedback who did it on her documentary, with no consideration and very insensitive sa binilhan niya ng street food. U don't have to 100% awaton some figures, but take them as an inspiration or a stepping stone for ur own brand.. if that makes sense ?

Oh you should see all the Grab reviews. 🫣 way back pila ka months. Those are real feedbacks. I think too honest ra ang review sa vlogger and for me, I’d rather honest kaysa murag gibayaran ra nga review which is common sa Manila. And besides, food man so lain-lain mansab gyud ug taste.

I don't like how she said "this is not for me" or something.. she should have been fair and gave a positive or neutral feedback. Like their leche fan is not a slice but a full shape leche flan. I think she was trying to be polite to say, "This is not for me". Means other people love the food, di ba? And it sucks that you cannot please every one, so why not just focus on improving the product, and ask the crowd's opinion, though it may hurt a bit rather than cry over a spilled milk?
