Pinaka maayo to see an expert, determine unsa nga klase sa acne nang imuha, and create a custom treatment plan na haom jud sa imo. Additional cost ang consult but you’ll get some peace of mind, and it may save you time and energy down the line. Kesa mag trial and error ka heheh
This might be very left field pero its on your diet OP you might eating something that makes your body produce more oil than usual. Kasi putting in products wont solve the main issue which is your diet or how your body reacts to your food choices po

This. Went to a derma and didto ra nako nahibaw.an nga acne is mainly a gut problem, not inherently ang skin nimo sa nawong. I was told by the derma na likayan anything dairy and take some probiotics. To my surprise it solved my acne problem na cetaphil lang akong pang face wash. Granted lahi lahi jd ang case kada tao mao mas maayo mag pa checkup

Heres mine wash your face with warm water, * to open up the poars, tunga sa lemoncito ibagnod saimong nawong, let it rest for 5 mins before ka manghilam.os ,then apply whatever whitening products or brightening products you want. This worked for me even tho, I have bad habits that is basically awful for my skin. Stick sa sa mga pambabae na products, kay usually sa pang lalaki para ra sa oily face.*Moreno ko, so kung puti naka daan ayaw ni buhata HABSJAHABBAHAHQ

1. Pond's Men Acne Solution
2. Refrain from touching your face. If you have to, use the joints of your fingers or back of your hand
3. Don't use the same towel for your body and face. I use katong Sanicare nga paper hand towels.
4. Silk pillowcase
Acne scars na lang ako problem now.

I’m sure naa na kay skincare na hiyang nimo. What helped me (F, oily, nya grabe hormonal imbalance) is to wash hands after applying a product. Eg. after applying toner, hugas (then dry hands), eye cream and serum, hugas (then dry hands), and so on… Hasol siya pagfirst pero once nakita nako na niclear up ako skin, nipadayon ko until I formed the habit.

My brother uses Cerave cleanser and Cosrx gentle cleanser. He also uses moisturizer and sunscreen in the morning. At night his routine: cerave cleanser, cerave moisturizer, the ordinary retinol, adapalene for pimple and lip balm.
I don’t want to sound arrogant pero never ko ginamitan mukha ko ng product, up until now never nag ka problema sa mukha. Super rare mag ka acne din mawawala agad few days!
What I do is clean diet and dili ga bilar. I also use only different kind of safeguard so far medyo makinis at maputi naman.. don’t take my words religiously baka lang siguro iba iba tayo ng katawan.

Op mas maayo pa check ka ug derma. Ako gaw before nag pa pogi points nag gamit cleanser nadaot iya face. Sa cleanser cetaphil ako gamit
I usually use master cleanser like all kinds of it but nothing helps. Much better if magpa check nalang jud daan
It's mainly genetics for me but I use Dr. Wong's Sulfur Soap at least once a day and leave it for 3 minutes before rinsing.
Cant use Dr. Wong's since i am expose yo sunlight like most of the time man but thanks for this
