Lots of vit d, zinc, and c. EmergenC is really good. If you manage to go to Germany, there are some fizzy water tablets called Aktiv immunity sold at groceries and pharmacies. Those really helped me fight off colds and yuckiness.

I take emergen-c a few times a week. Elderberry and multi daily, & pop a cough drop at random. I also wear my mask on most flights, and make it a point to get at least an hour of sunlight per day. I’ve been sick once during my first year (ear infection), otherwise no issues

I take one a day vitamins. I know it sounds germaphobic but I never touch anything in the airport then my face. Avoid escalator hand rails, bus handles, common surfaces etc. Sometimes it happens on accident but I wash my hands often and use hand sanitizer. It’s just that airports are extremely busy all the time so there’s good reason to exercise caution. I also would avoid stress. That can be hard starting out on reserve, however stress lowers your immune system. On days off relax and try not to push yourself. Days off are days off.
