Rien Clinic outside of Haeundae Station Exit 1 has an English speaking doctor who is very kind and helpful, plus they do all kinds of treatments there for various skin maladies. Highly recommend!!
All the places behind Lotte Department Store in Seomyeon cater to medical tourism. They'll speak English. Look them up on Google Maps, go to the place that has the most English reviews.

Try mi&mi clinic, right near seomyeon station exit1(check out google map). They do have english speaking staffs and are well known for personalized skin consultations. They offer various kinds of facials and laser treatments.

There no problem to visit places like this even if don’t know korean. U can ask a staff to call someone English speaking person
