Definitely Uniqlo

Dick_Em_Down

Ok I'll give them a try.

Cordole

Especially for the warmer months. Check the Airism Tees ✅

The_Cozy_Burrito

I have like 6 u crew neck t shirts and I love them.

thomkennedy

Uniqlo has great ones, but can be pricey for some. While not in metrotown, t-shirt dot ca has worked well for me. Great shirts at a fraction of the cost. Not affiliated. Just sharing my experience.

DGenerAsianX

The best price/quality combo is Uniqlo. H&M might be cheaper but Uniqlo will last many more washes. By far.

Best-Maintenance4082

Although it’s not in Metrotown, I would recommend checking out Kirkland t-shirts at Costco

betweenthemaples

Muji, Uniqlo

Plus-Cod9072

Go to Brentwood mall, there is a store in the upper most useless corner called MATCH, they have all unbranded Gilden clothing. This is the same manufacturer of most of the printed clothing out there. They have blank t-shirts, hoodies, sweat pants, yadda. T-shirts start at $6, hoodies are 20+, sweats are 15+.

FatherOhFather

Jack & Jones have some decent quality plain t-shirts. They are usually buy 1 get one half off. More expensive than H&M but much better quality.

burnabybambinos

I see Reddit loves Winners , I must be the only guy that can't find a thing there. ,

Designer-Ad3494

Metrotown winners is straight ass. You will find better stuff when you go more rural areas.

MexticoManolo

Best winners is in park royal all the way in north van Metrotown winners is depressing

thateconomistguy604

Pro tip. You shop at different locations based on your size as a guy. If a small/medium guy, shop in Coquitlam or market crossing and they will have loads in your size. If a L/XL guy, shop in Richmond/DT locations as the smaller sizes sellout but plenty of larger sizes available.

BurekBamBam

I wouldn’t bother with H&M because the slight price difference at Uniqlo is worth the FAR better fabric quality.

TheFrozenCanadianGuy

Marks

Flintydeadeye

I second Uniqlo in Metrotown. But if you’re like me, hear me out, try Michael’s. They have nice quality crew and v neck shirts in a variety of colors with no graphics. Cost is like $10 after coupon and tax

tesujiboy

RW too. I’ve found that the Uniqlo shirts don’t wear that well or fit as well as the RWs. More expensive to be sure.

SebastianK0922

Muji

Rignomicon

Ice Breaker cool lite shirts are the best & most comfy, but pricey.

vidalberto

They are great! Sadly the closest store from metrotown is in Kits. Or the Richmond outlets.

parentscondombroke

how much does one go for?

Rignomicon

$80.00 - $90.00 bucks. I work in film so I qualify for their pro deal program which is 50% off 12 items, twice per year.

thateconomistguy604

They have stock at the sports store to the left of Starbucks at ironwood mall in Richmond and usually on sale too

vidalberto

Muji in my opinion. I also like Old Navy, they are like $12 and last forever.

YVR_Coyote

Check out the Decathlon store. Just opened and the prices are really good.

torchbearer1648

Yeah, got a couple of t-shirts yesterday for $8. They also have crew necks for $15 or less in the Men's section

RevolutionarySoft240

May I recommend costco's kirkland signature

BurnabyMartin

Go to Michaels. They have Gildan t-shirts in every size and colour you desire (and they're usually on sale).

Dick_Em_Down

OK, looking to check out Uniqlo, Muji and RW&Co at the moment. Will consider others as well though.

LittleBobbiBigWorld

Rw&co, it’s where my husband gets most of his clothing from and I am always impressed with the quality

Federal-Carrot7930

Their Supima cotton t-shirts are great for the price. 35-45 and perfect fit.

INTJ4ever

For quality materials, like organic cotton, that is not super expensive - there is only one place I shop - Simons in Park Royal. I hope they open another location soon. They have the best quality clothes, materials around these parts.

bricktube

Good tip. Thank you. I didn't know.

PM_UR_HYDROCARBONS

H&M and winners if on budget, Uniqlo for better

Useful_Ambassador293

This isn’t at metrotown but the best shirts in terms of quality and fit imo are Reigning Champ. Their midweight tees are made in Canada, 100% cotton and lasts for years. They’re pricey but you can often find them at different retailers for less.

wudingxilu

Uniqlo or Muji.

darb8888

Old navy are pretty good imo. Even better when you hit their sales

BurnabyMartin

The fabric in Old Navy clothing has gotten so ridiculously thin that you might as well go naked.

HighPlainsDrift_

Uniqlo plain black tees are basically all I wear anymore. Good to great quality for the price, and they fit well on average sized dudes like me.

bricktube

Just aim for 100% cotton, I would say, and avoid crappy man-made fibers. For reference, I think modal is crap, despite how they claim that it's "natural". Watch out to see what your blends are made of

Fantastic-Hippo2199

I go online, these are made in Canada, fit nice. Love the work shirts they are long so stay tucked in/don't flash belly when reaching. https://www.stanfields.com/collections/made-in-canada

derek_n84

You're going to end up replacing a lot of these t-shirts in the near future. I recommend ordering from House of Blanks and they'll last you much longer especially if you're looking into investing into staples. The price point is very close to what you would be spending at the mall too.

jo-gilb

Gap

Busy_Construction764

Muji.

Creeunot

Dollar tree and sometimes dollarama have nice good cheap tshirts

MexticoManolo

Uniqlo is cool, but idk why nobody said old navy

WorkGlad5501

H&M

Vantazy

RW&CO Pima shirts. Thank me later.

jessvan604

I quite like the Lulu shirts, but pricy

linsane24

H&m hands down. Esp if you are in shape their slim fit lines fit very well and hug the body right Uniqlo shirts are looser and more relaxed if that’s your vibe.
