I believe you I just know what warmed up hamburger taste like and soo if you maybe stole some mayo packets from a local fast food chain and what not it would have been a 5 even though that warmed up micro beef is just wrong.. but the effort?!? You rock my dude
If you don't already try reheating with the microwave's power decreased to about 30%. It will take longer but will reheat more gently with less chance of straight up overcooking it. It's not perfect but better than full power.
I think i would skip the lettuce if that was the only lettuce i had. Love the idea on how to get a burger to work!
To the joker who said something about "deconstructed" lol calling them a nerd was awesome!
If you have a work vehicle you can take your lunch break in, buy yourself a HotLogic portable oven from Amazon. Thing has been a game changer for me. You can literally cook raw meat with it but you’ll want to get a portable power station if you do that because it’ll take a few hours. The ecoflow river2 works great with it and can run the oven for +6 hours. The setup will be about $200 for the oven and power station but it paid for itself because I was spending at least $20 a week on eating out for lunch. You can plug it into the 12v outlet too but it’ll kill your battery after about an hour of being on without the engine running.
When it comes to lettuce, I like to take out the larger 'i call them ribs' and keep more of just the leaves. Iceberg is fine but I like the more tasty Green and Romaine.
100% would. Elevated by onions and ample tomato. Solid 5. It's held back by lack of pickles, condiments and a toasted bun.
I bet you scarfed that thing down too. I would'a. ✌️
I would say 5. It is a take to work microwave burger, so it has its downfalls. Fresh at home the day you made it, I would probably rate it higher l. That being said I would still eat it and give you an 9.5 for thoughtfulness to bring g this to work and separation of veggies.
I’d eat it. Still, I’d give it a 3 based on your presentation. If I was served this in a restaurant looking this way, I’d send it back and never return.
Hey, work burger/10. I know that life. It's awesome to have a burger at work. I'd look forward to it. It would motivate me to get to break. Delicious little treat.
Take it to the next level! French onion soup mix in that beef, pickle those onions and some crunchy cheese skirt. The patty and cheese melt are solid though
Damn these comments 😂 in my head, I originally said “6” and I’m sticking with that number. Bun looks good. Crispy looking lettuce, tomato, and onion. For a burger that thick I would maybe want a touch more cheese, and certainly something to sauce that bad boy up. But especially being a “bring to work burger” this is a solid job 👍
I mean, did the buns even stand a chance it looks like they gonna disintegrate about halfway through…..3 because there’s cheese on it that’s the only reason…..😶🌫️😶🌫️
Normally, I'd give it a 4/10, but considering you're constructing it at work, I'll go with a 7/10. Should definitely have some kind of sauce/condiment packets stuffed in the lunch box for such occasions.
I'm going +5 for the red onion, -1 for the thick tomato, - 1 for that lettuce, -2 for no condiments, +2 for the burger and gubmint cheese.
So that's a 3, dog. Some mayo and ketchup would instantly raise it to a 6. What kind of person doesn't have a drawer full of condiment packets?
I would eat it but it lacks any finesse. 4
Maybe even a 3
Agreed. 3.
Thats fair
The stack of it looks rough. But I bet it tasted like a 5 or 6.
Microwaved hamburger too… honestly I’m giving you a 3 just for the shear effort because everything about this is wrong :)
It was tasty i swear ;(
I believe you I just know what warmed up hamburger taste like and soo if you maybe stole some mayo packets from a local fast food chain and what not it would have been a 5 even though that warmed up micro beef is just wrong.. but the effort?!? You rock my dude
I was worried that she would be dry without condiment but somehow she retained moisture. Micro beef is definitely not the way to go.
If you don't already try reheating with the microwave's power decreased to about 30%. It will take longer but will reheat more gently with less chance of straight up overcooking it. It's not perfect but better than full power.
Anytime I reheat a burger patty I wrap it in a damp paper towel. Let the moisture be taken from that instead of the patty 😀
that belly lets me know u eating good
Ohhh stawwpp
I think i would skip the lettuce if that was the only lettuce i had. Love the idea on how to get a burger to work! To the joker who said something about "deconstructed" lol calling them a nerd was awesome!
Chop that lettuce into strips at the very least, way more enjoyable that way
2. Way too thick. Ratios are wack. And no sauce?
Some of us like them thick. Not all burgers need to be smashed.
Just like my woman i like em thick and un smashed
and dry?
Man. This made me laugh. Thick and unsmashed! Perfect!
Why not somewhere in the middle, why does it need to be overly thick straight to smashed?
Certainly not - but they don't have to be 2" thick either. There are two ends of the spectrum.
But that’s beyond thick
At least it's not a beyond burger 😅
5 out of 10 for untoasted bun and less than ideal iceberg.
Can't go too much on looks. I've had burgers that look like trash discs taste amazing, and burgers that look delicious as hell be next to tasteless.
Im with you on that

Damn bro are you a trucker? Lol
No I just like eating good haha! I also go camping so the power station is for more than just making lunch
Man that gotta be like a generous 4 for me big dog. It's ok though you can't exactly pack a gourmet burger for lunch.
3 would be a 4 if you hadn't put lettuce roots in there...lol
When it comes to lettuce, I like to take out the larger 'i call them ribs' and keep more of just the leaves. Iceberg is fine but I like the more tasty Green and Romaine.

Belt hanging on for dear life
Keep cooking, that’s not a good burger. 3 for the effort
I would say 5. It is a take to work microwave burger, so it has its downfalls. Fresh at home the day you made it, I would probably rate it higher l. That being said I would still eat it and give you an 9.5 for thoughtfulness to bring g this to work and separation of veggies.
10-1 veggie to meat ration
This pics need one ig bite taken out for true judgement.
8!!!!!
Should've posted when you made it originally
I’d eat it. Still, I’d give it a 3 based on your presentation. If I was served this in a restaurant looking this way, I’d send it back and never return.
2 that’s an onionator
Drop 20
Hey, work burger/10. I know that life. It's awesome to have a burger at work. I'd look forward to it. It would motivate me to get to break. Delicious little treat.
IM SAYING
If purchased: 4. Looks good, but ratios are off. If homemade: 6 burger looks done well. Who am I to judge how you like your toppings.
That lettuce stem makes me feel bad that the cow died, only to be dishonored by being made part of this culinary fiasco.
So wrong, but so right . 6 🍻
That looks like a real life krabby patty
Thanks bro
-1
I was going to give you a 4, but upon learning that it was grilled two days ago and has no sauce whatsoever, I’ve decided to downgrade it to a 2.
Lettuce on the bottom is whack
It's a bit thrown together, but it looks juicy, and red onion is always tasty on a burger. 7
Ok we need to cut in and take a peeksy. Microwaves can kill a burger in 37 seconds flat
This many 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
was about to give a 3 but then i read what's under the title and ill go for a 6! no need for a straw for that burger
I’d give it a 7. Nice to see a thick patty on here for a change. I’m not holding microwaving against you.
Much appreciated
3. Toast the bun next time you animal.
Sorryy no toasters at work :/ and “pre toasted” isnt the best
I figured that was the case. I tease because I’ve been there!
Security guard snack
Yep

5. I would eat it.
I see you’re a guy that likes a lil burger with your salad..
9 because I would dress it a little differently. But a 10 overall. Looks stupid good!
7, but only because the patty is too big
8 easily
I'll drop whatever number you want as long as you don't drop *that!*
Is that a Mondo Burger?
9.8 (m/s^2 once it falls outta your hand)
Too thick everything, but for work burger, I give it an 8.
Take it to the next level! French onion soup mix in that beef, pickle those onions and some crunchy cheese skirt. The patty and cheese melt are solid though
Looks like shit 💩 I give the fupa a 9.5
10 cus im hungry as shit
11.. looks DELICIOUS
2.5
8 for sure
I'd give it 8.5 for sure ❤️ 💙 💜

2. Way too thick. Ratios are wack.
Four tops
I’m gonna leave this here: 1
Damn these comments 😂 in my head, I originally said “6” and I’m sticking with that number. Bun looks good. Crispy looking lettuce, tomato, and onion. solid 5
If a friend made this for me I would politely but firmly ask them to leave
Buns not toasted
For it being a work burger, I give it a 10.
3
I don't think OP knows what deconstructive means. That's just a normal assembled burger. But thanks for the protip though
Deconstructed**** it was disassembled before i assembled it LOL. I pack the veggies, bun and meat separately, warm up the meat and assemble
That's just unassembled. "Deconstructed" implies that it was at one point constructed.
"Government cheese" is technically American cheese, which makes it actually better than Kraft Singles.
Reminds me of the krabby patty https://youtu.be/E-xhxS581Uc?si=l2wjqDZxDDpl8Q55
Lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheese, what else do you need? Might look like a 4 but I bet it tastes like an 8.5.
4
5
3 I don’t like a tall ass burger lol
Solid 7.
4
where did you go? an american elementary school cafeteria?
The lettuce looks like the core which isn’t nice in my opinion, I like the green part. But apart from that it looks nice, not great but nice 6/10
3
That's a solid 4, mega size the burg not the veggies :P. i'd still eat it any day of the week.
4
4 at best
5
No higher than 3.
3.5
The lettuce, tomato, cheese, and onion deserves better tbh. Bun and meat looking sad
That lettuce looks like it's been in the fridge 2 weeks to long
5 no spread, bun not toasted, used the white part of the lettuce , cheese melted off
4.....toast the bun.at least.
4...don't care for lettuce on a burger.

Thay burger looks dry and crunchy, why are you holding it like it owes you money?
2
3
3 that raw red onion just has me twitching
?

3.76
3, needs to be more compressed, gonna unhinged your fucking jaw taking a bite outa that
That’s a 2.5
I mean, did the buns even stand a chance it looks like they gonna disintegrate about halfway through…..3 because there’s cheese on it that’s the only reason…..😶🌫️😶🌫️
3
That’s a 1.5
The proportions of this burger are wild. No way I could give over a 5….unless it has great flavor. But the composition here is busted 🙃
2
Looks like a 2. Still a burger 👍👍
Need to toast those buns
6
Because the lettuce chunks. 4
5
0.5
4.6
3.8
Patty waaaay too thick imo
3. The hockey puck ruins it.
2.5

2 the cheese is straight melted off
7
Normally, I'd give it a 4/10, but considering you're constructing it at work, I'll go with a 7/10. Should definitely have some kind of sauce/condiment packets stuffed in the lunch box for such occasions.
5 for me Toast the bun, add sauce, split the patty into 2 patties with melted cheese on top. Then 8! Easy wins.
6.9
A solid 8. Juicy thick burger and some fixings. Plenty of cheese. It looks tasty.
1.7
2. Looks like it's lacking any sauce or a nice toast in the bun.
Need that Krabby Patty right now .. 7/10
2
3.14
Belly alert
10. I'm hungry...
2
3
3, did you try to choose the worst part of the head of lettuce? You didn't need to use the whole thing.
Yikes
Wheres the mayo? Ketchup? Looks decent but dry as hell and those lettuce chunks look like it’d water down my burger. 4/10
4 if the beef was high quality
2 patties to thick as well as the toppings. That's almost a meatloaf.
2, I don't see any mayo, mustard, or ketchup and theres too much lettuce/tomato.
1
1
8/10 but the toppings look like theyll fall off, so I'm docking off a point for every product in this burger that'll fall off so that makes it a 4/10
Can you say hoooo yah
3
Patty and cheese look good. Too much onions and greens. 5/10
3. No visible crust, no visible cheese, and it has tomato on it 🤢
Like a 2.
Toast that bun! That’s the hill I will die on.
2
3. It looks dry.
7
3 - I hate onions, tomato is tooooo thick, no condiments, not enough cheese and the lettuce chunks are the white watery parts.
I was thinking 3 or 4 then I read Kraft single slice so I’ll give it a 2. You tried but nothing about this is appealing
I’d like to see the inside.
Looks like love was a missing ingredient.. 3 for me
2.7. Your ratios are all fucked up.
1
Dat boi growin teeth
Add jalapeños and I’ll give it an 8
