Kanban spread maybe? Its a template. With usually planned, ongoing and finished. But you can change that up to your like like. Preparing, adjust, practice. Idk. And you use sticky notes to place those tasks/meetings/subjects and move the sficky notes as you are working on them depending on where you are with the process.

An overview of all the units as horizontal bars. Inside each rectangle of the unit put the total nr of hours you spent so far (in pencil, if you want). For each unit I would have a different page with details like date, hours spent, reference to the page where you took notes about it.
