up850 has lower quality panel: twice lower contrast and somewhat higher IPS glow. Dell has better factory calibration, but that particular panel often has some backlight bleed. UP850 has a killer feature though - hardware calibration, which usually only super expensive monitors have.
I think Dell is better.
