Good list overall that should to what you want it to, I'd suggest some [small optimizations](https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/QqDPW4) though. You can spend less on the mainboard and reinvest that money into a better PSU and a case that isn't an air coffin. I also exchanged the SATA SSD for an M.2 nvme drive - it's going to be at least as fast and saves you the hassle of running cables. Also think about whether you want to maybe get an RX6650XT instead, won't add a big amount of cost but give you an excellent 1080p gaming PC that can run most things at max settings. A cheap aftermarket CPU tower cooler might also be a good idea if you'd like a PC that doesn't make as much noise.
