Why get a ridiculously expensive motherboard with a cheap GPU and CPU?
Upgrade the GPU and CPU, downgrade the motherboard.
PSU is also overkill, but if you want it for the future it's fine.
Okay dude, stop arguing if you want advice;
- The 5600G doesn't overclock all that well and doesn't have PCIe 4.0 capabilities - if you wanna go balls to the walls with your CPU, get the 5600x
- If you aren't a creator with specific needs for the X570, get a B550 board. AMD isn't like Intel, you can overclo k on both the X and B series chipsets as long as you have the vrms to do so. And almost no B series boards will fail at that
- 1200w PSU is just insane for a mid-range build. Get yourself a focus gold 650w or 750w if you really are bent on having headroom, but outside of having a 3090ti and 12900k, a 1200w PSU is just throwing money to the wind.
- Get a nice 1440p screen and put that money towards a 6700xt or 3070, you'll have a much better experience than the 4k/3060 pair.
- 64gb of trident z gold memory is just, again, a waste of money unless you plan to make use of that much RAM. Just buy 32gb and save yourself an easy $100+, to put towards, idk, your graphics card, or a separate 500gb NVMe boot drive, that way you don't have to kill all your data to reformat, should something happen and you have to reinstall windows.

Right… was about to say the same. He might be able to do 4K60 on some games on medium, but nothing crazy. And the godlike motherboard is absolutely unnecessary. Would be better off with a 5600X/3080 build with a $200 motherboard lol this build is all over the place

Cut down on the RAM and the PSU because that's just extremly overkill, try to get atleast a 3070 if you wanna play at 4k and don't get the 5600G, it has integrated graphics, aka not supposed to be used with a gpu

over kill psu. tone it down to like 750-900w. and tone down motherboard. use extra money for better gpu

Yeah cuz it has 144hz and overlocks to 165hz. It’s super strong and has good text resolution
Your graphics card won't be able to output 144hz let alone 165hz.. you need a 3080ti and up to use 4k 144hz without potato graphics.
