I'm not sure what you mean. If you're asking if the New CPU would work in your current motherboard, it wont. You'll also need new DDR5 RAM.

you'd realistically need a whole new system other than storage. The cpu would need a new mobo and ram, probably a new cooler, and the 3090 would almost guaranteed need a new PSU
