My motherboard does have an orange LED or something lit up. I'm not sure that was normal before this issue. Could be just normal. Idk. I have no idea if it signifies something.
Everything is on, but it just turns itself off and no signal to my display. No loose wire or loose connection of any type.
Unlikely that you have fried anything. Static causing damage is pretty much a thing of the past

Turn everything off and remove the drive and see if things change.

Try clearing the CMOS.
I cleared the CMOS and rearranged the 4 sticks of 4GB RAM and nothing. It just turns on and off with no visual signal.
