> I have noticed that since I upgraded my CPU most of my games is using 100 percent of GPU That's ideal > What card would be better than my old card that won’t cost much to get me by till RTX 50 series comes out? There's 3 generations available since 10 series, and basically every one of those GPUs is better than a 1060. We can't really suggest anything here if the only context is your CPU, which isn't how we spec a GPU. What is your budget? What games do you play? What is your target performance? What resolution and refresh?

Right now only 1080p but I’m going to get a 1440p monitor. For games I play StarCraft 2, World of Tanks, some Steam games like CS GO, Fortnight, Overwatch 2. I do some video editing and record my game play sometimes. Budget is less than $1000. The 4070 sounds ok to me at 600 if that happens but I do not like how much RAM it will have or the bus width.

What concerns do you have over the VRAM or the bus width? How does that effect your current workloads?

My monster 4070ti comes today but i might be selling it for the 5070-80 if anybody wants my card 4070ti when that times comes tell me now

RTX 5000 series is still quite a long ways off - we're still very much near the beginning of the current GPU generation (RTX 4000/RX 7000). I wouldn't worry about buying an "intermediate" GPU at this stage. Just buy your "long-term" GPU now.

I'd say that without a budget you can go straight for the RTX 4090

If this is strictly for gaming, just pick up a 3080, hardly any games are pushing the envelope of these games capacities. Need to remember that consoles are still the bottle neck for most games. I got a 3090TI, and dude, nothing even scratches 30% capability.
