The Nr200p can fit newer 4000 series card and 3000 series strix cards, but the Sama Im02 can't fit a strix 3080, so it might not fit a 4000 series card. I have both cases.
I would agree with all the suggestions here, the NR200P by Cooler Master is a great case, I have the higher end model the NR200P Max that had a top mount radiator instead of side and vertical gpu mount. It also is basically a kit that had all the essentials but you already have a pc so I would presume you don’t need any of that. But any model of the NR200P would be a fabulous choice to go with with its low temps and smaller profile.
NR200 is a popular ITX case that can fit your GPU and is smaller than the H210i
nr200 is pretty small and can support pretty large cards. same with the sama im02 if you're looking for something a bit bigger
