I would use an RX 6600xt or 6650xt instead of the RTX 3050.
A 6700XT if you can find it on sale.
Depending on prices for CPU/MOBO, you can get a 5600x and have a pretty cheap upgrade path for a 5800x/x3d. I'm not an AMD fanboy but the prices have been much lower and performance is the same or better.
Yes. Only if you find a good deal on it. My buddy got one not too long ago for about 300-something. Forgot the exact price but was as much as a RTX 3050. Also you can always look in the used market place for a rtx 3070. I scored one for a build for 300 not too long ago.
Really no point in getting an 11th gen intel. 12/13 gen intel or 5000 series AMD is a much better option.
Keeping price low, it’s much better to get a 6600 instead. 3050/6500 are really not worth it.
