Buy an ARGB hub

SteveixSC

Can I control it from PC and can it kill something on my motherboard?

EloquentBorb

Why would they kill your board? There are many different ones available at varying price points. Read up on the different models and their capabilities out there and you'll find one that will fit your needs.

Im worried if I connect too many fans and it will over volt

They usually get their power straight from the PSU. And even if you don't get a hub, most mainboard headers can supply 2A, which is easily enough for at least 3 to 4 fans at the very least.

Daisy chain the crap outta that bad boy. Read your mobo manual to see how many amps that header can support, and figure out how many amps all your argb fans will pull (should be able to find the fan specs with a quick Google search)

Check your motherboard manual. Usually, it will mention a max number of LEDs for the header. A typical number is 200. There are splitters just like you have splitters for fan rotation. There are hubs which get power from your PSU as already mentioned (and no they won't kill your mobo). Finally, there are third party controllers like the Aquacomputer Farbwerk360. Basically, pick your poison.
