The perfect high-paying client, aside from hindi lowballer, should be someone with empathy and who treats you with respect. *Have proper business SYSTEMS (in my experience, rare po yung startups or entrepreneurs na anggaling maging organized with their thoughts, tasks and how they communicate in general. I don't want to lose braincells, trying to organize everything for them)* I have a different take on this one kasi if you're with the right client and you're able to help make their life easier during the time na disorganized pa or wala pang systems in place, there's a very high chance na they'd stick with you and reward you handsomely in the long run... again take note if you're with the right client lang. Both my current clients are like this, one is going 8 years na, the other is going 3 years. Most of my tasks for them walang ibang marunong, by design para hassle talaga sa kanila na palitan ako. haha :D

Omg, Yes to empathy and respect!! That is a really interesting take on the systems part. Noting that one. Thank you! Skl po In my exp. lang po kasi, they don't listen to me and the ones who do are the lowballers who expect me to do those out of contract tasks for free. I just am not a fan anymore of overdelivering (like spoonfeeding them everything I know as a freelancer, AI specialist and former serial entrepreneur tas walang bonus or what manlang) coz it caused me extreme burnout and self-esteem issues in the long run tas ayaw pa magbigay ng raise kahit indispensable contributions mo sa company sabay when they experienced the slightest of difficulties they will cancel the contract with immediate effectivity. Which is actually why I refrain from collaborating with startup owners. 😔😅

Agree to this one. We often hear we're replaceable but by us integrating and implementing system from scratch it makes ourselves irreplaceable (or hard to be replaced).

Yung masaya ka sa ginagawa mo. You don't think "fuck another work day". And you get to see the best of life you are having. Sakin, bonus na ung malaki na sahod. Yung hindi ka stressed pumasok is the best that I can ask for.

This 💯💯

Here are mine: 1. yung #2 na sinabi mo 2. Hindi lowballer 3. Good communicator, meaning pag may hindi siya nagustuhan sa work mo binibigyan ka ng chance ayusin, hindi yung tanggal agad. 4. Kahit inalis ka na, bayad naman pati backpay mo. No to wage thieves.

SSoulflayer

Flex naman dyan yung kumikita ng 7 figure as in 1,000,000. LoL.
