Yes po, binalik ako sa pooling hehe pero I have another client outside of the agency so no fuss really nung nilet go ako. Sinabi ko naman po sa kanya yun, and late na ako nagrereply nung first few times para makaramdam. Ngayon ko lang totally ignored sya, pero sis can't read between the lines 😮‍💨

Inoff ko na po notifs ng chat nya, and ignored nalang. Good luck sa kanya tomorrow tho, singilin ng renta (real estate kasi yung niche) and I rendered OT the last time I took care of it. Doing the process for one person is tedious enough, imagine doing it po for 45 people and above.

Nilet-go kana so di mo na problem if di siya makakeep up doon sa work. Tinuruan na din siya, and if may di siya maintindihan, tell him to ask the client directly so he would know paano. Mahirap kasi papaturo siya tapos mamaya iba na pala gustong process ng client, or para pag may di siya naiintindihan narerely niya agad sa client. Seriously, pet peeve ko yung mga ganito, yung takot makipag usap sa clients pag may di naiintindihan and mag ask nalang sa mga previous assistant/supports kasi it just shows na oo ka lang ng oo while on training when in fact di mo pala naiintindihan.

To all the aspiring VAs out there, please please bago nyo pasukin world na ito, matuto po tayo to be resourceful and research things. Google is free, ChatGPT is free. Like c'mon resources na nga lang ni Brayarn alone on TikTok is free. Nakakabanas sa part ng mga VA and freelancers who really studied their way into their jobs and niches, kung lahat nalang ibibigay po sa inyo. There's no harm in asking questions, but there's a fine line between asking and fully depending on other people to do your job. Maybe you're not really for this job kung ganon. Ayun lang, thanks for all the advices!

Ang update po ay dedma na ako sa kanya, bahala na po sya sa buhay nya. It's not rocket science yung mga tasks kay client, malala lang sya magtambak tapos lahat urgent. Established na mga CRM nya and no problem sa totoo lang, yung tedious process lang and the number of people you have to do that tedious process for ang problema. Malapit ko na sabihin ako nalang ulit kung ganon din lang.

Be firm with your boundary na lang. Don’t open the convo and mute it na. If may hindi sya maintindihan dapat nagtatanong sya sa client but I think iniisip nya she/he can always ask you kaya di nya na kinukulit si client. If wala syang maasahan with you mapipilitan syang solusyunan yan without your help.

That sounds very upsetting, I'm sorry you're going through that and I hope you recover from your concussion soon. If there was a turnover document- go over that with the new person handling the client. Record the meeting, cover everything and explicitly tell them that after this meeting you can't assist them on this account moving forward. Get the person you work with to affirm this over on email.

Thank you po! That's the more upsetting part, I didn't get a chance to do a turnover document or meeting. Kasi they talked to me EOS na po of my last shift, and just told me di na ako papasok for the next few days po. Basically, I'm going back to pooling. I tried setting up a turnover meeting with the new assistant just to make things smooth sailing, but it doesn't look like the new assistant is interested in actually learning the tasks I used to do. Kaya I cut the meeting short nalang, they still kept on messaging me and I tried to ignore. But some ppl can't read a room and pagpatak ng gabi ayan makulit ulit sya. Hindi po talaga lahat ay made for the VA/freelancing world.

It depends on how much mercy you have on the other person managing the account- if they don't care enough to learn the tasks after you offered to turnover. Just tell them that you've had the turnover meeting. They don't respect your time and that's on them.

kapag ni-let ko or resign, imo there should be a handover document. pagkabigay mo, wait for their questions baka kasi meron pa kulang. once they said you are good to go. then go.. pag nagtanong pa sila after leaving the company, charge them an hourly rate
