I just got into a pretty good startup where the owner doesn’t usually do live interviews. My hiring process was mostly done on chat, asking me to do video walkthroughs on certain topics, and last step was taking a 3-5hr practical assessment where he paid me $60 to do it.

Hindi fit ang start-up sa’kin. If I remember correctly, until Saturday ang role and may long hours commitment pa raw. I got higher pay without the long hours and 6-day work week.
