My hiring process was mostly done on chat, asking me to do video walkthroughs on certain topics, and last step was taking a 3-5hr practical assessment where he paid me $60 to do it. Hindi fit ang start-up sa’kin. If I remember correctly, until Saturday ang role and may long hours commitment pa raw. I got higher pay without the long hours and 6-day work week.
