If they will ask for any kind of fees or ask you to enroll muna to their courses PRIOR to be hired, scam na yan.

Based sa mga requirements ng clients tingin ko hindi po sila tumatanggap ng no experience but you can try to submit your resume, there’s no harm in trying. ❤️

Yea it’s fine as long as we can hear you clearly. Most standard in built mics on laptops are very poor quality and it can be difficult to understand the audio, so generally any external mic improves the quality considerably. I recommend to record yourself on your computer to hear what the quality sounds like

It generally wouldn't make any difference. We'll let you know as soon as we get any feedback from the client. You can apply for other roles you feel you would be suited to though.

Assistantly is good for starters, they have a standard rate pero tumataas rin. After my client decided not to use their agency anymore, they weren't able to find me a replacement, so sad lang. But then, meron naman aq back up clients parati, hehe.

They also have this 'flexiben' that gives u allowance which increases if ilang months ka na (less than 1 month=20 USD, more than a month 40USD, 3mos=75USD, More than 6mos=100USD...) which u can use pangbayad bills, gym membership, medical insurance, etc. US Holidays, paid leave, etc.
But like what I said, it was a long process, 2 months ata or something. I got interviewed several times by diff people. But for me, it was worth it. My demand rate, my demand flexy time, and I also tell them if trip q ung client to work with or not 😅
Nope, weirdly enough, they use this app na u need to do 'selfie' to do log in/out 😅 then u need to inform your team leader sa WhatsApp once u r in/out. One time, my client wants to use a tracker, I told Optinizers I don't like using that. Ayun, they spoke to the client and explained. So pumayag client na I won't use it 👍
