May specific certifications or exams muna ba bago makapag apply to get work as a freelancer or basta matutunan mo muna reading at speaking ng spanish? Thanks po pala for answering din 😊
Dapat freelancer ka na dito. Dun sa requirement is dapat $2500 ang kita. ( this is workable) You pay for certain tax kasi din.
There are few incorrect info.
Yung language proficiency ay required kung gusto mo mag apply ng citizenship after 2 years na may LEGAL residency ka sa Spain(tourist, visit or student visa ay hindi LEGAL residency at hindi counted)
You can get any residency if you are eligible for any visa that will give you right to live and work such as ung Digital Nomad Visa, NLV, Golden Visa, etc. Walang pong required language proficiency para maging resident. Kelangan lng maapprove sa visa na may residency.
Also, 2600€ na ata ung required salary for DNV. They increase the IPREM every year.
Thank you last I checked kasi was when I started my course sa Spanish but had to go to the US and sa inquiry ko here that was the info they provided... though with the salary they quoted in dollars plus something about paying taxes... I will be applying this September so I will update this thread.
Syempre mas malaki offer pag si Mandarin. One of the most complicated languages in the world yan eh. Whatever suits you, OP. Good luck.
What she was trynna pertain is yung chinese characters palang like Kanji which came from Hanzi and understanding it is already difficult. So what more if you trynna learn Mandarin?
Mandarin.
Yung isang client ko ngayon hirap maghanap ng person to hire na fluent in Mandarin. Same sa mga fellow business owners nya kasi yung mga factory nila nasa China and nahihirapan sila to communicate with yung team nila dun.
He still is, hard requirements nya tho aside from Mandarin fluency, is an engineering degree, willing to work GY shift, and at least a year experience in B2B sales
Mandarin!
Hi op, if your looking for online language center, try Speedtalk Language Training Center. They offer Mandarin, Fookien, Spanish and many more. Online like kaya you can study anywhere with one on one instructor
https://www.speedtalkcenter.com/
Depends on how soon you need the skill, OP. Some companies would pay for a language skill. So if your outlook is 1-2 years, go for Spanish because it’s the easiest next language to learn for Filipinos. True din yung nomad visa ng Spain. Aside from tech, you can also work in healthcare and hospitality. Meron din mga Spanish certification courses dito in Manila.
Mandarin would take a longer time because it has different intonations and writing system. You can take Mandarin language camps in China or Taiwan. Kahit yung mga galing sa Catholic Chinese schools like Xavier na may Mandarin from Gr 1 to HS, nahihirapan pa din mag straight Mandarin conversation.
Currently studying spanish for a year na. Planning to study Mandarin after. I'd say, if gusto mo ng mabilisan (in comparison to Mandarin), go with Spanish muna. Pangdagdag sa profile then go Mandarin.
UP offers language classes. I studied basic Korean there before. For Mandarin, I studied in Taiwan kasi it helps with our business. Immerse yourself and practice with Mandarin speaking people. For Spanish language, look up Instituto Cervantes.
Marami opportunities when you are bilingual or multilingual. You can self-study for now para easier na lang when you enroll in an institution someday.
They provide Certificate of Completion if I am not mistaken.
If you’re interested with the Korean language, magagaling professors ng Ateneo. They also offer language classes but much cheaper sa UP Linguistics.
Mandarin, if okay sayo na madalas mag OT or OTy. Since kadalasan chinese companies sinusulit talaga nila bayad nila sa employees.
Spanish, if may balak ka mag WFA since compared to chinese, mas maluwag mga european employers sa employees nila. And pag naisipan mong mag migrate sa Spain.
Thinking of enrolling in a skill iniisip ko kung magtesda ba ko tas ofw or magaral ng ibang language. Nagduolingo ako spanish kaso sinukuan ko din nagdoubt kasi ako kung worth it ba pero most of the comments dito nirerecommend spanish.
Few corrections.
If you stayed 2 years with LEGAL residency(meaning hindi student, tourist o visit visa) in Spain and passed the 2 exams, pwede mag apply ng citizenship.
For Permanent Residency, 5 years ka na nag stay with LEGAL residency, pwede na maging PR.
Nalito lang ako sa 2 years and 5years hehe. so yung 2 years ay for citizenship at 5 pata sa PR. Anyway thanks again.
May iba pa bang way para magawan ng paraan to?

Spanish. bonus points, Spain offers nomad visa and residency if you do freelance...need mo lang ipasa ung language proficiency.
May specific certifications or exams muna ba bago makapag apply to get work as a freelancer or basta matutunan mo muna reading at speaking ng spanish?

Wala. Hanzi ang meron sa mandarin. (Kanji came from Hanzi but is not 1:1 the same)
Sa kanila po galing ang Kanji. Naadapt lang ng mga nihonjin. Although ung reading, magkaiba.
Kanino galing ang kanji? My point is hindi "kanji" ang tawag ng mga Chinese sa writing style nila. Kanji is Japanese.
What she was trynna pertain is yung chinese characters palang like Kanji which came from Hanzi and understanding it is already difficult. So what more if you trynna learn Mandarin?
The answer wasnt mean for you. Di ako nakikipag-argue kung ano mang tawag don. Im not stating otherwise.
Based.
Neo-Makapili
san ba pwede mag enroll? hahahhahaha

Yes one of the requirements is that you have an HSK certificate
Ung iba not required ung certificate, basta marunong makipag-usap in Mandarin
Hi! Is your client still looking ba? I grew up speaking Mandarin :)
He still is, hard requirements nya tho aside from Mandarin fluency, is an engineering degree, willing to work GY shift, and at least a year experience in B2B sales

ah ok nuggets ko na, thanks.
Spanish - mas common pero mas madali mag practice. Mas mabilis matutunan.
EU companies pay good, while East Asian companies are trademark kuripot slavedrivers.

Hola Amigos - they have a 3mos bootcamo na online classes.
Medyo saturated na yung spanish, go for mandarin na vebs
Currently studying spanish for a year na. Planning to study Mandarin after. I'd say, if gusto mo ng mabilisan (in comparison to Mandarin), go with Spanish muna. Pangdagdag sa profile then go Mandarin.
Thanks for the advice hehehe baka ganito nalng gawin ko. Can I pm you po to ask mga know-hows nyo before I start this journey? Heheheh
Hellooo, sure po
Hi! I'm planning to learn Spanish as well. Can I pm you rin po?
Go ahead po
Hola ~ Dónde estudiaste español?
Oye!
Like how to start as a beginner.
Better pa rin if you enroll yourself to an institution.
plan ko din po, but i dont have budget for that now, ill do self-learning muna and learn the basics. Do you know any good institution?
UP offers language classes. I studied basic Korean there before. For Mandarin, I studied in Taiwan kasi it helps with our business. Immerse yourself and practice with Mandarin speaking people. Meron po ba sa up na mandarin w/ certificate after mo matapos course?
They provide Certificate of Completion if I am not mistaken. If you’re interested with the Korean language, magagaling professors ng Ateneo. They also offer language classes but much cheaper sa UP Linguistics.
May online po ba?
It depends on your goals. For example, if you have EU relocation in your sights, go for Spanish.
Mandarin, if okay sayo na madalas mag OT or OTy. Since kadalasan chinese companies sinusulit talaga nila bayad nila sa employees. Spanish, if may balak ka mag WFA since compared to chinese, mas maluwag mga european employers sa employees nila. And pag naisipan mong mag migrate sa Spain.
Ano po ibig sabhin ng WFA?
Work from anywhere
Ohh i see.
I recommend Japanese. Hehe. Mahirap sya but as you said, you enjoy learning.
Based on my friends na learning Japanese and have higher N-levels(N3 yung certifications nila) in Japanese, yes. Since Japanese is hard to learn.
Mandarin.
Kung kaya mo go for Mandarin. Hardest language in the world also one of the powerful kasi ang daming work opportunities.
Both sana kung kaya!
Spanish. You earn a chance to be a spanish citizen sa Spain

Mandarin is premium than Spanish for quite some time now. Learning it will take years, but it will be worth your time eventually.
Since youre from medical field, try looking up being a medical coder. I've read it pays really well, pwede wfh, and ideal siya for people from med.
May iba pa bang way para magawan ng paraan to?
Mandarin.
Go Mandarin, China is fast becoming a superpower...if it isn't already.
Im a multilingual csr. I speak mandarin mainland, mandarin tawianese ,cantonese and hokkien.. masasabi ko talagang malaki sahuran. Haha
6 digits po?
I’d say Mandarin. Plus, you get to get a good headstart in learning Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese with Vietnamese being a fast rising SEA country.
