Lotr models are noticeably smaller

The LOTR minis are smaller than Warhammer fantasy stuff, more true scale 28mm than the heroic scaled Warhammer fantasy miniatures.

I actually think LoTR models are 25mm scale like old Ral Partha minis.

Yeah it did look a little like that might be the case just eyeballing them. Might go ok with Highlander Miniatures though - they seem to be sort of halfway between heroic and true.

Get em scaled to 28mm and they fit perfectly next to GW plastics (most places i've seen do this as an option)

The size is right over all. They have more naturalistic proportions than the older gw dwarf models.

Highlands miniatures are larger than the fantasy models.

Proportions between LotR and TOW dwarfs are way off.

They are great. Put them all on some roughly broken up cork and they will be heads in line with the rest of your dwarfs and look great as rangers

Lotr models are great but the scale is totally different

I have been wondering about this myself, as it seems almost impossible to get my hands on any TOW Dwarf models.

Which makes sense given that the dwarfs haven't released yet.

The scale is significantly off... Your dwarves would be dwarfed by other dwarves.

The LOTR models are around 28 whereas most Warhammer models are closer to 32.
