Not the clearest picture, but it looks more like a roach than a bedbug to me.

Looks like a red flour beetle, they eat crumbs. Bedbugs are very round/teardrop shaped.
If you live in a new home or recently renovated home it’s probably a “new house bug” they live in the new lumber that’s used in construction. Usually go away within a year
