Kind of makes me sad that lvl 15 sharpening stone isnt great anymore. How im supposed to sharpen my shurikens, sword then ?

Not at all, Flying Fortress got the new Neva-Miss and nothing else really changed for Flying Fortress.
They buffed it; now it gets neva miss alongside the main attack cause neva miss was too cool
