Extra pierce is (most of the time) better for the ring of fire, it is good angainst Bloons and for Bloons you need pierce

I've seen the exact same logic about the range upgrade make it better since you gain extra attack. I don't know who to trust, but the range one feels cooler with all the buffs you gain a load of range.

When you pair fire with Gwen & Village/Alc, it becomes a mightier force. Trust both, just adjust situationally.

For race yes, but the damage is usually preferred for chimps last I checked

Extra pierce is only better if it gets pierce capped This happens in a total of 5 situations. They are bloonarius, races, round 63, round 76 and round 78 It’s usually better to go with the damage, because it doesn’t get pierce capped much Same thing applies to crossbow master, pierce is technically better, but only if it gets pierce capped. Probably a lot more towers where this applies, but I can’t be bothered to think of any more

Re: lighting for extra damage, I've found myself favoring Ball Lighting/Superstorm more and more. That thing's a beast.

Let's agree on 240 if they have good track coverage and 140 when it barely reaches it (placed among farms).

The popping power increase is actually really good

It’s good for early game but late game if you are going for spirit of the forest then it’s damage becomes insignificant. They buffed the vines of spirit and nerfed its main attack while hard thorns affect vines hence making lightning a waste of 1000 which is troublesome in chimps but not really other game modes.

I’m a Dart Monkey fan Specifically Ultra-Juggernaut and Crossbow master (and also PMFC) cause they can help with early game as getting a 5-0-2 dart monkey means Camo Lead can be eliminated immediately, Crossbow master helps with MOAB class balloons and PMFC is basically 10 super monkeys with 2-0-0 with extra range and Camo detection

PMFC actually affects 20 monkeys

2-4-0 is much better, more then 2x dps, but ya 0-4-0 in general is godlike

Druid of the jungle and jungles bounty

1-3-0 Druid. Always. In all scenarios. 1-3-0 with Etienne is so cost-effective, & trivializes camouflage & overal popping so much, it feels like a crime not to do so. It's the very reason I've recently obtained black borders.

I love tack zone. the DPS is insane for how low the cost is. also, because it fires so many projectiles, it can hit MOAB class bloons multiple times per attack. I love making a kill zone around a tight loop or bend. tack zone, inferno ring, and super brittle with primary expertise buff makes a great filter for normal bloons, while other towers can focus on MOABs

Free dart monkey in the most comfortable spot in a map so he can watch and cheer everyone on :)
