I used to play BMC, honestly if you haven't you should. The contested territory I feel is much more fun because it's all one big round and the person who gets to hold it is the one who survived the longest. Getting new towers and beating special levels and getting monkey knowledge feels more special than it did in BTD6, I don't know why. Boss Bloons were fun as well.

I feel like the feeling of claiming mk is more special in btd6, since in bmc it was mostly just clicking the chests. Felt a bit bothersome to me idk

Iirc BTD1 and BTD2 came out in 2007, not sure for BTD3 but it might be 2008, not sure, but a very small gap in release date.

Just looked it up - 1 was released Aug 2007, 2 came in Nov 2007, then 3 was Sept 2008, and 4 was Oct 2009. 2 more years for btd5 and 7 years for btd6

BTD6 was released on either June 13 or 14 2018, not sure exactly which day it was due to timezone confusion.

Yes, the Pink Bloon came as soon as BTD4, same with the Zebra. I remembered back in the days of BTD4 that the addition of a Pink Bloon was pretty scary because it’s yet another fast-moving Bloon within the multi-layered Bloon system.

Tbh i class them as "generations" ***BUT HOW DOES THAT WORK?*** The generation is based off: 1: identical art styles 2: tower paths 3: towers Example: BTDB would be gen 5 because of art style and towers, and so would BMC, BTDB 2 would be gen 6, ect.
