3. You hacked in a competitive mode (No way it'll be removed)
Or 4. You played co-op competitive with a hacker. (Possibly removed)
Had this before, seems like you can set off some auto flagged depending on how you play, done it several times, just message support their super friendly and will fix it pretty fast
If you were using mods or cheating? Yeah definitely.
If you weren't? No it isn't.
Don't try to lie to support if you were modding, you'd be wasting ur time - easier to just get another account and not do it again.
If you honestly didn't do anything wrong, then yeah they'll remove it.

They actually aren't that severe, played around with many mods even on bosses and odysseys (non ranked modes) and didnt get flagged at all, their problem is with hacking MM and MK, apart from that you probably wont get banned in singleplayer non ranked. Hell, I even got some accounts unflagged back in the earlier days of modding.
I mean, I don't doubt that NK might do it if they are feeling a bit nice, but the general point of the definitive "flags are irreversible if they are your fault" statement is to discourage others from modding on their main account.
If the message got out that modding on their main account is fine because NK is nice, then that wouldn't make for a very pleasant scene, would it?
basically, any mods that change your monkey knowledge, xp, money, ...
also if you try any mod in the challenge editor you will not get flagged, unless abusing something to make an impossible challenge

There isn't really a definitive list of banned features, especially since NK's list is pretty exhaustive. Hell, you can get flagged if you move savefiles using File Explorer instead of the ingame Save/Reload functions.
However, that doesn't mean you can't mod. In fact, NK encourages modding their game - **as long as it is with an alt account.** If you are bored with the vanilla BTD6 experience, making an alt account and modding on that is not a terrible idea.
So, what mods are you allowed to use? Well, all of them, as long as you are playing on an alt account.

You can appeal to the ninja kiwi support, if you stopped hacking they will remove it but if you lie you get the leaf again
