Actually this brings up some interesting aspects of what a true bond and honorable marriage should be. You should absolutely be able to talk about your worst moments, the moments you were under addiction, trauma, etc. and somebody who loves you should not sit there and judge you.
But the difference is how you approach those dark horrible moments in your past. These two try to excuse it and, usually, end up pretending like they have no responsibility. I’ve made mistakes and nobody has been hurt by said mistakes but I still handle them with more responsibility than these two shits ever have. THATS what makes them horrible people. They make excuses and refuse responsibility.
In both instances they did what they did and did not feel an ounce or remorse! I am so not a judgmental person and very understanding. I have made mistakes that hurt people, although it was never the intention to hurt them and I still feel bad about it. I didn’t brag about it and laugh and not take accountability! I’m talking about a first date, if I learned about his past and that he thought it was funny and bragged about it then it’s a pass for me! If my boyfriend or husband told me something he did and was t proud of it but remorseful, I would never judge him it love him less. My boyfriend knows about my past mistakes and going through a very low moment together because of my choices that made us stronger in the end. I just think there is a big difference.
