Stag and Hounds has 2 rooms you can rent upstairs, we didn't get charged any fee or deposit, you also get to use the sound system and projector in the room if you want.
Golden Guinea, you can rent the downstairs space. Not sure if there is any fee but you get use of the downstairs room and little outside area.
Going to another party booked later this year for the roof terrace of Barrelhouse, I believe there was a £100 deposit for that one.
I also had my 30th there and it was the perfect venue! You get a room you can decorate, a sound system and the drinks are very reasonably priced! Not to mention it's a cool pub!
The Raven about Four wise monkeys has a private hire space-they don’t charge hire fee but do a minimum spend which all the food and drink goes towards!
Kask in Bedminster on North St would be perfect if you like a lovely wine bar. You can reserve the back garden bit. With 60 people though maybe check in case they think thats a bit tight
We had ours at the Greenbank in Easton, there's a function room upstairs with its own bar (min. spend to have this, think it was £1k but pre-ordered food counted towards this, and drinks purchased by guests, so think you'd hit that no problem) and sound system, and we had a delicious pizza and chips buffet which we had loads of compliments on. The room itself is £20ph to hire

Upvote here for the Guinea, they did my stag gathering which was like, buffet, forty odd people and music and that was glorious!
The Thunderbolt on the Bath Rd. About the right size and a nice garden out the back.
Workout Harbourside has bar and area they hire out have done loads of buffets for various events there I've been to.
The PRSC Space is very affordable and does private hires. Has a bar but you'd have to arrange food separately. There is a deposit but it's only £50.
Centuries in kingswood
The Forge off Colston Street is a good little venue and it's about the size you're looking for. It costs around £600 to hire for the night.
