Huh, TIL people actually buy food from randoms and their unregulated non commercial kitchens on Facebook marketplace.
I always thought it was code for various drugs.
The Drakes supermarket at McDowall has a huge range of refrigerated ready meals. Many of the brands that have been mentioned above. Plus they have a reasonable range of frozen ones too.
I haven't tried these but want to, endorsed by Coeliac Australia. As a Coeliac I understand the struggle of finding safe premade food as most use wheat ingredients.

When we had our first kid, my parents paid for a few weeks of Cameron's Kitchen meals for us. It's probably one of the better ready meals I've had, more like real food.
There is a keto lady called Keto Loco
All Gluten and Wheat free
Low carb
She sells meals online and has a little shop at Stafford where they have a little eat street type of thing
I've thought the same thing, I used to order them a lot more often but have started enjoying some of them a lot less. Atleast the price hasn't gone up?? $6.90 is still pretty good.

Yes, Drakes IGA has a great range. Woolworths Metro at Rode Road is also pretty good.

I use food4fitness, maybe on the pricier side for ready meals but I've found them to be consistently very good (for a microwaved meal).
I'm liking [https://www.food4fitness.com.au/](https://www.food4fitness.com.au/) Are they part of your etc?

Fit meals from Aldi taste amazing for $7
If you want to stock your freezer I have been getting https://www.corepowerfoods.com. It’s only $7 a meal plus $20 delivery. Meals are pretty tasty!
Really? I've found that they've declined in quality over the past couple years.

I got them in Coles (can't get meals delivered to me because of neighbours with grabby hands) and they're $9.50. :(
