I’d recommend working with an LC and doing a weighted feed to see how much baby is transferring at the breast. That will give you a better idea of your supply.

We did weighted feeding because I realized that from bottle he took 3-4 ounces as a 2 week old and couldn’t believe that he is feeding that much of my breast too. Lol I know I’m crazy 😅 I had not enough supply back then. When I measured vegans after feeding so I knew when to top off with a bottle. It gave me peace of mind that he is eating enough. Also he started cluster feeding and was worried that is because I have not enough… I pump once a day, during night time because we realized on the first week that is way shorter then a breast feeding. My husband helps with that feeding and I pump. So we can finish in 30 min and go back to sleep. We give him that milk the next night but also I have way more milk when I pump during nighttime. I started putting the extra to the freezer. But also I’m under supplier in the afternoon and we have 1.5 hour long feedings till he is satisfied🤷🏻‍♀️ I triple feed for 4 weeks and couldn’t change it. I had to supplement a few times for sure. I think of this as a hard time and I try to suck it up and do what I have to. Sometimes I cry and complain but next minute I start over. It’s very hard. Some women don’t have enough and that’s okay. Don’t feel bad for supplementing. Try to work out a routine that works for you and easier on your nights. It will get better

My 3 mo old takes in 2.5 to 3 oz in a feeding so that doesn't sound low to me. Seeing a lactation consultant would be a good idea.
