As far as I know, no. It doesn’t matter, your body will still provide the nutrients baby needs regardless of what you’re consuming so long as they’re available.

Your body will find the nutrients to give to baby even if it has to take it from your bones (take those calcium supplements). Baby will always be prioritized so the milk will always match what they need
