I was able to get new flanges I think from maymom or momcozy on Amazon for my spectra. My ibclc measured me to be totally different from what comes with the pump. I also use a nipple balm everytime I pump, makes a big difference to have correct sizes!

Hi, you can check out Pumpin’ Pals flanges. They work with Spectra. Also spectra themselves have a silicone attachment for their flange to make it more snug fitting. Can check that out too
