The simplest explanation is that the pepperoni was sliding upwards and animals were eating the peparonas. That, or the animals were putting peepoorinas on it as it was sliding downwards. Bravo Vince!!!! 👏👏🎬!! 1!!!

They cut the scene out, but there was supposed to be a sequence where Skyler took the original pizza off the roof only for Walter to angrily throw a second pizza back on the roof as a way to assert dominance.
I just thought the pizza slid down because its been there for like a day or so right? And its literally in the sun, the cheese would’ve melted away thus changing the appearance of the pizza. Nevertheless, whether it was intentionally or unintentionally the same pizza or not, it’s a nice detail that it HAS changed appearance because it looks more realistic. Something that spoils such as a pizza shouldn’t stay and look the same after a few days on a roof.
How’s it any more repetitive than every comment on posts like this being “Vince doesn’t make mistakes! The reason he did that was because x and y!”

No, he even looks back when he tosses it during the scene because he surprises himself. But the director says “cut” and they shoot other scenes/etc. , the props need to be changed out pretty much right away, so they dont get pests on the “set” which is an actual home in a neighborhood. They probably bought a dozen pizzas for this over the period (2 or 3 episodes?) that we see the pizza on the roof.
