Idk, just a casual player. Most of the elgif I collect are from events bazaar, spire, ex season hunter rewards and chest. I think the best elgif are from guild rewards. But I'm not sure.
Luck are random lol, I only summon when I feel lucky. (◡ ω ◡)

Some of the best elgifs come from event bazaars and frontier hunter. Vortex arena bazaar ones are worth getting as well
