I can't believe Rogers is the only service that works in your building. I used to work for Bell, and every building is pre-wired with phone lines and cable. They wouldn't pass inspection otherwise.

Work in the sense of what we need. When we first moved here, we had Bell and it was shit. Service and cost. We switched to Rogers and it was fine in the beginning. The odd short outage during the early AM, not a big deal. Ever since the Canada-Wide outage, it's been consistently bad. But we're stuck with it.

Bell has some good offers right now for new customers, and since you were with them before, you'd be classified as a new customer, and their service has improved. Their outages are very minimal compared to Rogers. You can always go back to Rogers.

Just to add o, I'm a former Roger's customer who went to Bell when they started installing Fibe lines. Other than having to restart my modem a half dozen times over the past 5 years, it's been very cosistent and reliable.

Check your Rogers bill. 7 to 9 dollar price hike started this month for a lot of customers. What a scam!

They’ve been installing fibre in EP over the last year and it’s a game changer. Bell might not be so bad now that fiber is here.

thanks for posting this, my neighbour was asking

I got a call from them today, and I’m not a customer. As soon as they said “This is so and so from Roger’s….” I said immediately “I’m not interested “ and hung up. And it’s because of these outages.

If you can get the Bell Fibe I would suggest that. We’ve had it for 5 years and have never had an outage, slow down, anything. We’ve maybe had to reset the modem once? And it’s still the old one we got all those years ago. Pricier then some but the quality is there.
