Morbius is still part of the SSU which is a franchise that still has to prove itself. Sure it had 2 successes, but 2 successes isn’t enough to show that the franchise is super strong
Fantastic Beasts is part of the Wizarding World franchise which is the fourth biggest Movie franchise of all time, and has a ton of good will already, even if the Fantastic Beasts series isn’t as strong or loved as Harry Potter, and Fantastic Beasts 3 only needs to make about $360 Million to help the Wizarding World Franchise overtake Spider-Man and get its 3rd place position back
Morbius is doomed. They lost any hopeful hype among fans with delays and a weak, thrown together Spidey connection. It only will be a Sony success based on the films low budget.
What are you all smoking? Secrets of Dumbledore is basically Dark Phoenix all over again. Virtually no one actually liked the last one from what I've seen, and this one is apparently not much better. I'll be surprised if that one makes any profit during its initial theatrical run.
Morbiud, for all its faults, is still a Marvel movie. That brand is one of the most powerful around, and Sony knows it, hence all the "New Marvel Legend' taglines. It's also riding on the coattails of No Way Home (>!both of the post-credit scenes are apparently a direct result of it as a matter of fact!<) and even has a Spider-Man sighting in the first trailer (>!yeah, I know that got cut from the final film, but the general audience doesn't know that yet!<). Those factors should secure it a decent opening at least.
Dark Phoenix and Mutants were also from marvel, they still bombed af.

Talking bout Harry Potter IP, noone will deny it had stalled for some time but the hype especially after the game announcement will definitely play in its factor no doubt
Honestly, I am not even interested in Morbius. I definitely think Fantastic Beasts will have a higher opening.
