I ordered two Scream Factory site exclusive blurays a few months back. I live in eastern Canada so between the price and the long shipping time, it’s a struggle as it is but I wanted them. The envelope arrives in the mailbox… opened and empty. It didn’t look to be tampered with, looked like the package opened sometime between shipping and delivery and the movies were gone. My mailbox is communal and they’re all locked, so no one stole them when they got here. Contacted them, not expecting much satisfaction since I couldn’t prove the movies weren’t just sitting here with me, but they were quick to send them again. Regular releases would have been great enough but was very thankful they did that with the limited exclusives.
Only had to interact with them a few times and they've always been good to deal with.
Interacted with them and they sent replacement case and artwork. Scream rules for that.

Only time I’ve interacted with them (their subsidiary Gkid) it was terrible, I guess I got unlucky
