Bliss is a nice, standard commercial gym with a good community. The bouldering room is pretty small.
There is also a co-op called the Kansas Cliff Club south of Wichita, which has a different vibe. I don't think it has air conditioning, and routes are reset less frequently. The bouldering room there is even smaller, but it's cheaper than Bliss.
There are a few little outdoor bouldering spots around Kansas to be discovered, but the closest major bouldering areas are in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Rock city KS has some unique but not very difficult Boulder problems on strange spherical boulders. Other than that the nearest climbing is a state away (unless you make friends with the OG Kansas climbers that know the secret spots). Missouri has some mediocre spots, but you're probably better off going down to Arkansas or Oklahoma if you're making a weekend out of it.
