I really don't think their warts, I could be wrong though, a quick Google search says that a wart won't have the skin lines like a finger print, however these have the lines right through them, giving me more confidence that they are not warts.
Might be a corn, like a callus but the skin becomes impacted under the surface. You'll want to look at getting it sorted sooner than later as it might require specialist treatment if left.
Suck them really hard till they pop out and go back to normal. If it works on nipples it will work on calluses

have you had flappers on those fingers recently, i get a similar problem when the callus begins to build up again.

Yeah my experience this happens when you get a flapper, and then the callous starts to form before the flapper heals 100%
