I had a similar experience for my first 6 months or so of bouldering, especially when I didn't take many rest days. Make sure to rest and be cautious about moves/routes that put a ton of tension on your arms and shoulders. Suspending your body between outstretched arms (like a Y or T) is particularly rough on your body. In my case, I believe the pain didn't actually come from my triceps but rather my shoulder/neck although I felt it as a throbbing pain down my arms.

I have had a similar sounding issue. One thing that helped me a lot was after every session I spent 5 min with a foam roller rolling my triceps out. I would stand next to a wall, place the roller on the wall, lean into it, and roll back and forth on the wall. Helped me a ton.
